We are a local, well‑established organization, headquartered in the center of La Spezia, with a dedicated team working every day to ensure maximum profitability, high‑quality service and peace of mind for property owners.

A Story Rooted in the Territory
mytouristhome® was founded in 2019 by Alberto Valentini, who graduated with top honors in Economics and Business from the University of Pisa and spent many years as a corporate executive in international contexts. After personally managing an apartment in Lerici — “La Casa nel Golfo dei Poeti” — and gaining direct experience in the short‑term rental sector, Alberto decided to make a bold life change: he left his managerial career and founded a professional property management company.
His choice was inspired by a simple, liberating thought: “Imagine being able to work in bermuda shorts instead of a suit and tie.”
The project began with two apartments. Today, mytouristhome® is a structured limited company, with:
